Role Overview:
We are seeking a Staff Performance Compliance Officer with a strong focus on employment law and HR matters to join our Staff Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will provide support in all matters related to disciplinary investigation cases.  

What Will You Be Doing:
  • Represent the company in disciplinary investigation processes 
  • Draft documents related to disciplinary investigation processes  
  • Draft documents related to employees’ complaints and conduct internal investigations 
  • Maintain contact with the other departments of the Company 
  • Organize and archive the documents in the department  
  • Occasionally represent the Company in front of public institutions or other entities 
  • Perform other related administrative tasks 
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
  • Solid knowledge of labor law 
  • Experience in drafting documents with legal content 
  • Analytical thinking and ease in written and verbal expression 
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload and multitasking 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the needs of the Company and the requirements of the position 
  • Be involved, pro-active and have non-confrontational communication skills 
  • Be an organized, punctual and result-oriented person 
Other Attributes We Welcome:
  • Have solid knowledge of computer operation 
  • Have solid knowledge of operating Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • English language - reading, writing, speaking - advanced level
